Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the "company, "we" and "our" will mean “Cheers Point Net”, "Website" will mean www.CheersPointNet.com.hk and the "Customer" will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

 

 

1. General

 

1.1  The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products displayed on this Website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to the Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

 

1.2  The Company shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on this Website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company may suggest alternative product(s) of similar value and style to the Customer for acceptance.

 

1.3  All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or delivery services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you by phone or email three Business Days before delivery. “Business Days” mean any day other than Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

 

1.4  We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchase normal product (Coupon is not included) over HK$500. For orders under HK$500, $80 delivery fee will be changed.

 

 

2. Breakage

 

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must contact our customer service hotline 8108 8138 at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

 

 

3. Delivery

 

3.1  We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$500 (Coupon is not included). Otherwise, transportation fee HK$80 will be charged.

 

3.2  We will confirm the order delivery date and time with you directly. Delivery date and time will be confirmed by phone.

 

3.3  Delivery service is only available for Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories district and not available for the Outlying Islands (Tung Chung is excluded but with additional transportation fee HK$200).

 

3.4  Delivery service is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.  For addresses that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of HK$20 per floor and HK$8 per packing case. In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery "Cheers Point Net" will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.

 

3.5  Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above, a black rain warning is hoisted or extreme condition is announced. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

 

3.6  “Cheers Point Net” reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

 

3.7  It is the responsibility of the customer to notify “Cheers Point Net” before two working days of delivery day of any change to their delivery address.

 

3.8  We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

 

3.9  If there are any discrepancies of the delivery, i.e. the wrong item was picked or a product was not included in your order, please report within 3 days after delivery. You can contact us via telephone at 8108 8138, via fax at 8101 8896, or by sending email to : cs-cpn@mentalcare.com.hk . We will replace or refund products if such situation arises.

 

 

4. Payment Terms

 

4.1 We only accept payment by credit card (Visa and Master) or PPS for every online order.

 

4.2  All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

 

4.3 Your offer to purchase made on website shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to you upon delivery.

 

4.4 Website reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

 

 

5. Delivery Handling Time

 

5.1 “Cheers Point Net” office’s business hours are Mon-Fri 09:00 – 18:00 (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays close).

 

5.2 Delivery service’s business hours are Mon-Fri 09:00 – 18:00 (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays close).

 

5.3 Orders created and paid for during our business hours will be processed within 2 working days and we will confirm the delivery date and time with you as well.

 

5.4  In order to ensure timely delivery arrangements, we adopt a cut-off time for order shipments is 17:00 Mon to Fri. Therefore, orders created and paid for after cut-off time will be handled on the next business day.

 

 

6. Pricing Policy

 

6.1  All goods' prices and packaging are confirmed before the delivery confirmation. Promotional pries are valid within the promotional period only, and only while supplies last.

 

 

7. Reporting Problems

 

7.1  If there are any problems with your order, discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt. You can report the problem via telephone at 8108 8138, or by sending email at : cs-cpn@mentalcare.com.hk

 

 

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and “Cheers Point Net” agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. “Cheers Point Net” may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, “Cheers Point Net”’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
